Our Team

The NetWeave team in summer 2012

At NetWeave we prefer to think of our team and our clients as all being part of a family. In fact, you’ll often see us post on our Facebook page that we are welcoming a new client “to the NetWeave Family.” The heart of that family is the team you see above. Some of us are very literally family since we are a family owned business, but even our “adopted kids” do great work everyday for our clients. Here’s a look at each team member the way we most often see each other: with our faces buried in a laptop…

Kevin McNulty, President & CEO

After getting a degree in psychology from California State University, Fullerton, Kevin went to work for General Dynamics in Employee and Community Relations. After a several-year break to be a stay-at-home dad, he rejoined the workforce developing training for several companies before landing at Ceridian Benefit Services’ Knowledge Management department. In 2009, he and business partner Pamela Harper started NetWeave after years of blogging and exploring the burgeoning world of social networking. He is now one of the top 25 Twitterers in Tampa Bay and presents a series of workshops on social media for universities, chambers of commerce and other groups across Florida.

Pamela HarperPamela Harper, Senior VP & COO

Pamela received her Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management from University of South Florida. WIth experience in restaurants and event planning, Pamela not only manages the day-to-day operation of NetWeave, but she also manages most of our hospitality clients. Pamela adds depth to our roster by offering her event planning expertise to our clients for meet-ups, tweet-ups and other face-to-face networking events. Pamela and business partner Kevin McNulty started NetWeave in 2009 in response to a growing demand for businesses to have a professional presence on new social media services like Facebook, Twitter and more.

Sean McNulty, Vice President & CFO

Winner of the 2012 Phi Beta Lambda national competition in Accounting Principles, Sean is enrolled in the Provost Scholars Honors  Program at the University of South Florida. He started working for NetWeave in 2009 and in 2011 became NetWeave’s third managing partner along with Pamela Harper and his father, Kevin McNulty. Sean handles finances and billing at NetWeave as well as managing several of NetWeave’s oldest clients. He is on track to finish his undergraduate degree in only three years and ambitiously hopes to go on to get his MBA from USF in only a year.

Erin McNultyErin McNulty, Online Reputation Manager

In 2011, Erin became the third McNulty to join the firm, coordinating NetWeave’s online reputation management programs for Pro, Premier and Enterprise clients, monitoring the web and social media channels for mentions of the clients or their products. Erin is in the Advanced Placement Plus program as a senior at Manatee High School. She is exploring her college options and hopes to major in political science or international relations. She is also a cadet in the US Civil Air Patrol and lends a hand with some of NetWeave’s aviation clients.

Nathan combs through the users that NetWeave clients are connected to, making sure that spammers, bots and other undesirable connections are weeded out, leaving only potential customers and referral sources for our clients. He also reviews all our work to confirm our quality assurance standards are being met.
